In August of 1994 Donna Thacker opened CENTURY 21 Donna Thacker & Assoc. in Oxford, Ohio with 3 agents.  In less than a year CENTURY 21 Thacker & Assoc. grew to be the #1 real estate company in Oxford. 

For years, CENTURY 21 Thacker & Assoc. has been serving the areas of Oxford, Hamilton, Fairfield and Cincinnati from our offices in Oxford.  In order to better serve our clients we recently opened a second office in West Chester.  As was the case in 1994, we started small and are already showing signs of growth after just a couple of months. 

With the new office came a new name.  We are now CENTURY 21 Thacker & Associates, Inc. 

Century 21 Thacker & Associates, Inc. has been very proud of the numerous awards we have received over the years.  We have been honored with the CENTURY 21 Quality Service Award numerous times, we have been a CENTURY 21 Gold Medallion office for the past several years, and many of our agents our million and multi million dollar producers.  We pride ourselves on the quality of service we provide our clients.

 

The Quality Service Award is an integral part of the Century 21 commitment to excellence and recognizes an office’s dedication to service based on customer feedback received from the Quality Service Survey. The survey results are compiled from emailed comments or a postcard that is returned by a customer after the purchase or sale through a C-21 office.

To earn a Quality Service Award, an office must receive surveys for at least 25 percent of the consumers surveyed in the first three quarters of the calendar year. The survey score index must exceed 90 percent.

The Gold Medallion Award recognizes offices with outstanding production within the Century 21 Corporate System.
